Job description

The Job

We are seeking an innovative and strategic CRM & Customer Experience Manager to join our team.

This role will focus on improving the customer experience for both our B2C and B2B segments, driving projects within marketing and across departments, and using marketing technology to deliver surprisingly good and seamless journeys across channels.

You'll be instrumental in driving customer engagement, and growth through superior customer interactions and personalized touchpoints.

Anything from defining how to acquire, onboard, engage and retain our customers will be yours to influence!

You will work within a multidisciplinary marketing team with all the skills you need from design to digital 1:1 marketing specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute personalized 1:1 marketing campaigns for both our B2C and B2B customers, leveraging marketing automation tools across channels such as email and WhatsApp.
  • Be our voice-of-the-customer to understand our customer’s needs, preferences, and behaviors and translate that into tangible projects, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience is consistently delivered across all departments.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to understand their needs better, make data-driven decisions, and implement strategies that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and customer feedback, using these insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in CRM and customer experience, driving innovation in our approach to both B2C and B2B engagement.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a customer-centric mindset, demonstrating a deep commitment to listening to customers, and seeking ways to improve their experiences..
  • Proven experience in customer experience management and customer engagement.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology and CRM systems to act as the bridge between Business and Technology.
  • Proven project management skills and experience in cross-departmental collaboration to drive customer-focused initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to develop effective, personalized marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Native German or French speaking is a plus.
