Job description

The Job

The Brand and Content Manager is a dynamic thought-leader energized by ambitious, creative ideas and storytelling. In this role, you own and build the brand, you set the branding, social and content strategies and you’ll make Auto-Dealer.com known, loved and trusted by consumers. You make sure our brand gets reflected in everything we do as a company. With your branding and content knowledge you drive awareness, consideration and hence achieve our business goals. Directly reporting to the CMO, this role will build Brand and Content Marketing from the ground up. So you know how to be hands-on while building your capability and team. We are seeking an experienced professional, who can bring sharp, sophisticated thinking to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the brand including positioning, (visual) identity and communications
  • Design content strategy that really cust through the clutter and drives our marketing goals
  • Liaise with agencies, media partners, large account customers and other internal teams to develop and distribute our content
  • Manage our social media presence and build trust and love for our brand among consumers
  • Keep track of customer insights and industry trends to signal opportunities for our brand to play a role in, f.e. Through PR activities
  • Support our large account relationship building with solid storytelling, communication tools (f.e. events) and distribution of media
  • You bring structured internal communications alive so all offices and employees feel close and engaged to our customers and our company strategy
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of brand marketing and content marketing experiences in B2C; additional experience in B2B marketing is a plus
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and fast-learning
  • Proven track record of creative, high-performing communications
  • Expert knowledge of marketing communication principles and frameworks
  • Advanced oral/copywriting communication skills; English is required, native French or German speaking is a plus
