Job description

The Job

The E-Commerce Manager owns the commercial performance of the Auto-Dealer.com website. Making it the best website for consumers to find their new car. You are result oriented and understand how to design and build a perfect webshop experience. That excites the customer and converts to sales. You constantly seek growth opportunities and conversion rate optimizations based on consumer insights and data. You essentially bring the brand alive on our website and are therefore a driving force behind the growth of Auto-Dealer.com. You know how to attract consumers via organic growth methods (SEO) and the right website content.

You work together with User Experience and Technology to design commercial ideas and define the roadmap. You are part of the Marketing team, so you collaborate closely with your colleagues on campaign and traffic management. You work with Product Marketing to make sure you have the best assortment of cars available on the platform.

  • Build organic traffic to the website through SEO and content
  • Spot opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Set, analyse and monitor commercial KPI’s
  • Understanding and researching customer behaviour
  • Developing, owning, and executing the website roadmap
  • Someone enthusiastic, motivated and creative team player
  • Proven track record running a high-quality, high-performing webshop
  • Experience with CRO principles, commercial steering and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of SEO methodologies
  • Analytical skills, able to translate website performance data into opportunities
