Regional Procurement Manager

To support our growth and extend our activity, we are looking for a Regional Procurement Manager.

Reporting to the Procurement Director, the Regional Procurement Manager will be primarily responsible for developing the regional sourcing strategy to reach company and procurement objectives. The regional procurement Manager will be accountable for all end-to-end Procurement activities related to its region.

Your Role
  • Define the regional sourcing strategy and execute it.
  • Analyze the gap between the need and our current supply network and turn it into an action plan.
  • Identify and approach new potential suppliers, put in place a selection process.
  • Negotiate the best possible deal on continuous supply, configurable supply, and bulk orders.
  • Owner of the supplier relationship, you will support the operative buyers in the day-day specific tasks.
  • Put in place a Service Level Agreement with strategic vendors and review the performance on a yearly basis.
  • Monitor the sourcing activities such as spending, tracking order, volume, inventory, gross margin, and payments.
  • University degree in business administration, supply chain, and/or procurement.
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant purchasing positions (products and services).
  • Behave as an Ethical procurement specialist.
  • Knowledge in the automotive industry will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to deal with a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Fluent in English and French, other languages an asset.
  • Business trips 30% of the time in Europe.
